Agent Workshop for Non-technical Teams
A one-day, hands-on workshop that teaches non-technical teams how agents actually work — and has everyone build a working agent of their own before they go home.
Nobody leaves with notes and good intentions. Everyone leaves with an agent they built themselves, grounded in their own material, and a use case mapped to what it takes to get further.
Most teams have been using AI for a while now. Very few have anything that actually does work for them, and that they are in control of. This workshop closes that gap in a day.
The morning builds a genuine mental model: what an agent is, the four ingredients every agent is made of, why grounding it in your own documents changes what it can do, and the maturity levels from chat to a fully automated flow.
The afternoon is where the value lands. Everyone brings a real task from their own work and builds an agent for it. If an agent needs access to systems the organisation does not have yet, we build it anyway with the missing pieces simulated. A convincing prototype is a far better specification than a document — and it makes the case for whatever investment is needed.
The day runs at your offices or in our training facilities in Teknikerbyen, for up to 15 participants, in Danish or English.
Everything you get
Discovery call
A short call before the day: the use cases your people will bring, your tooling, and a hands-on check that everyone can actually create agents in your environment. If licenses or IT policy block the exercises, we bring a pre-provisioned sandbox instead.
Full-day workshop
One facilitated day, on site or in our training facilities: how agents work in the morning, everyone's own use cases in the afternoon. Clicks only — no terminal, no code, no prior AI experience assumed.
Working agents
Everyone leaves with at least one agent they built themselves, grounded in their own material — plus the step-by-step recipe for repeating it unaided the week after.
Plan for next steps
Every use case placed at a maturity level — works today, needs a connected platform, or needs a real automated flow — with a recommended next step for each, written up for the organisers.
The process
Morning — how agents actually work
What separates a chat from an agent, the four ingredients (model, instructions, knowledge, tools), where knowledge lives, and the maturity levels from chat to your own agent to an agent with hands to an automated flow. Plain language, no jargon.
Morning — build a personal assistant
Exercise 1: build a knowledge base the way you would brief a new colleague. Exercise 2: build an agent on top of it, write its instructions and test it on questions only your own material can answer. Ninety minutes, everyone ships.
Afternoon — find the limits
Participants swap and interrogate each other's agents, and we map every failure to a gap in knowledge, instructions or tools. The first two get fixed on the spot; the third becomes the list of what your platform cannot do yet.
Afternoon — build your own use case
Use cases that are buildable today get built. Use cases that need systems or access you do not have yet get simulated. The result is a working prototype that doubles as the most convincing requirements specification you can hand a decision maker.
Demo, advanced topics and next steps
Volunteers demo, the group places every use case at its maturity level, and we close with a first look at the more advanced topics that show up later: keeping agents correct as things change, prompt injection and guardrails, and what an agent actually costs to run.
